Robotics Academy

ISMuL offers the Robotics Academy on Saturdays to schools chosen through the Department of Education of Puerto Rico. On the Academy we give introductory workshops on Robotics through which we emphasize the practical application of STEM subjects. Both the Robotics Academy and STEM Academy have gotten our students to pursue studies in STEM related fields.

Robotics

Starting out as one of our AEL’s Station components, robotics has become a mayor area of interest at ISMuL. Teaming up with the Robotics Development Lab (RoDEL) of the University of Puerto Rico at Arecibo, ISMuL counts with 20 Lego Mindstorms NTX 2.0 kits, Lego Mindstorms EV3 kits, Rubix, VEX and Arduino platforms for its workshops. ISMuL is also one of the Robotics Development Lab’s sponsors together with the Center for Endeavors and Creative Investigation.
